Dublin Bay North Labour TD Sean Kenny has welcomed the announcement that as a result of arbitration, school secretaries and caretakers in grant funded schools will see an increase to their pay packets. Deputy Kenny commented: "Notifications have been sent out by the Department of Education today which puts in place an increase in pay that has been recommended for School Secretaries and Caretakers, of 10% between 2016 and 2019. Dublin Labour TD Sean Kenny has welcomed a further drop in Live Register figures, which show a steady and continuing decline between October 2014 and October of this year.
