Internet users who engage in 'sinister' forms of trolling should face serious consequences in legislation, according to Labour TD and member of the Oireachtas Communications and Justice Committees, Sean Kenny. Labour TD Sean Kenny has welcomed a further drop in Live Register figures, which show a steady decline in unemployment since early 2012. "The latest CSO figures indicate unemployment continues to fall with the rate dropping to 11.1% in September, down from 12.6% in the same month last year. Across the area for which I was elected, Dublin North East, there were 9715 on the Live Register in September 2013 and 8692 people on the Live Register in September of this year.
