Dublin Bay North Labour TD, Sean Kenny, today called on O'Farrell Property Management to allow directors appointed by Malahide Road Clare Village apartment owners to attend property management company meetings.

"Apartment owners have expressed concern that their appointed directors have not been informed of management company meetings. They are also concerned with the level of management fees charged and by the poor level of services provided by the management company".

"Clare Village apartment owners believe that they could turn the management company into a non-profit business. They cite the example of €90,000 that they are charged annually for security. They state that they could employ three full time people on a 24 hour basis for the €90,000 and greatly improve security".

"I am calling on O'Farrell Property Management to hand over the management of the Clare Village apartments to the owner/directors".
